It is the third panel of a triptych called Ex, Plus Why? = Dead.

This is an 8 frame Melange about the the people who are the victims of the dictators and politicians in the first two pictures of the triptych.

These are the people who pay with thier money and with their lives for the decisions made by our leaders.

What is important with these Melanges images is the way the pictures meld into each other.

As you walk past the picture so the
images run into each other and create new conjoined images which reveal hiterto unthought of associations and meanings about the realtionships between the symbols and people in the picture.
