These contact sheets are FLIP images. This is where the images change from one picture to another as you walk past.

The pictures were taken by Philip Townsend some time in the sixties and show an days shoot with Carol James in Hyde Park

By making them into flips we not only display a lot more photographs than one would normally see but we see behind the process of getting to one great picture

The 2 images on the left are the original files after croppng and manipulation,

The picture in the middle is a an approximation of what the piece looks like. As you walk past, the picture changes from one image to the next
